John and Karen had their special day recently and I was privileged enough not just to witness it, but also record it.  Everyone there had a great time, especially during the barn dancing!  Congrats to John and Karen!

To maintain the texture, colour and appeal of the food, food photographers use all sorts of tricks and lighting techniques.  Wide apertures, back lighting and over exposure are typically used, as they are here.
